Bin Activator

The bin activitor of HAJOMECH is specially designed for large unloading capacity, fast and accurate unloading of various bulk circular stockyards. It mainly uses the vibrating motor to drive the annular vibrating disc at the upper end of the bin activator to transmit the upward vibrating force to the materials in the storage yard and to loosen the materials, so that the materials can be unloaded downstream along the smooth inner wall of the equipment and the material flow is effectively controlled through the control device located at the unloading opening to achieve the accurate unloading. The bin activator is installed below the ground level of the storage yard, and the vibration is isolated by the patented rubber isolator（Patent number:US-4214680-A；Patent name:Drawdown hopper isolation system having isolators with fabric lays）, which can not only withstand the violent impact caused by the large unloading volume, but also bear the huge load brought by the storage yard materials. Therefore, this euquipment is selected and widely used in closed and open bulk circular yards. 

The bin activator system of HAJOMECH can effectively solve the problem of more than 80% storage recovery of long-term stagnant material piles. From the aspects of design and material selection, it well solves the problems of bulging, piling, blocking, segregation or rat holes that are difficult to solve in the unloading process in the current market. Moreover, according to different unloading environments and unloading volume requirements, three different unloading volume control modes can be equipped: vibrating unloader, swinging hopper and super space-saving two-way split sliding gate, so that the unloading volume can reach 6000 tons/hour, effectively solving the unloading problems. After long-term practice, it has been proved that our unloading system is an effective, low-cost and high-benefit storage, unloading and recycling solution.
